We also recommend that you periodically check these terms and conditions, because we reserve the right to change them at any time and only the current ones will apply. In connection with our terms and conditions, where we refer to "Content" we mean all the text and images contained in our site.

How to Order

All orders can be placed online through the website or by telephone. When placing an order for products it is important to have all the correct information, please ensure you have measured the affected body part correctly and according to the instructions on the measurement chart. All orders are subject to availability.

Availability

If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or phone within 5 working days.

Method of Payment

We accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Payment can also be made by cheque for telephone orders. Items will only be dispatched once the cheque has been received. Please have your method of payment details on hand when ordering.

Pricing Policy

All products on onestopmobility.com UK shop are priced in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Delivery Charge

There is a minimum charge of £6.99 on all deliveries within the UK. For delivery costs to Jersey, Guernsey any other country please contact us to confirm. The UK delivery charge is added to your order in the checkout area. We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery should be 7 days. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

Sometimes it may be difficult to purchase a product over the internet, especially when you can only see a picture and description of a product. We therefore offer a seven day money back guarantee. It’s very straightforward, if you do not like the goods please arrange to send them back to us for a ‘no quibble' refund. (Please note the refund does not include the delivery charge). The seven days start from the day the goods are received. The only stipulation is that we receive the request for a refund in writing preferably as an email, and that we receive the goods back in the condition they arrived with you, repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in. If returned goods are not repacked properly by the customer they may incur a 20% repacking/restocking charge. After examination of returned goods refunds will be credited within 30 days.

Exchange of Product

We will exchange the product for a different size subject to the returns stipulation above, but delivery may be recharged.

Returning Items by Mail

Package the return securely in the original package and include the delivery note. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Warranty Information

All the items in our online shop have a manufacturer's warranty which is passed directly to the customer. We have no control over the terms of the warranty. If your product is faulty on delivery we will refund the purchase, subject to our returns policy. Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance your complaint may be emailed to online ian@onestopmobility.com or mailed to the Customer Service Department, One Stop Mobility or telephone the Customer Service Line on 01483 76 77 33( 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday). We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose or divulge this information to others.
