Does the Online Reservation Form Guarantee me a Chair?

Accepted Answer

The online form is a request form that is submitted to rental agents for finalization. To guarantee a rental, One Stop Mobility must process the booking with a verified credit card over the phone. Rental agents will call the number submitted on the reservation form to finalize the booking, or you can call directly to book.

Is There a Delivery Fee?

One Stop Mobility offers free delivery and pickup to all surrounding hotels for Disneyland in the Anaheim area. Delivery can also be arranged to local residential homes in the Anaheim, CA region.

Are you inside the Disney Park?

One Stop Mobility is not inside the park, nor is any other wheelchair rental company. However, OSM is the closest rental company that allows users to take wheelchairs both inside and outside Disney Park. They are located across the street from the main entrance, inside the Camelot Inn & Suites hotel on S. Harbor Blvd, between McDonald's and the Tropicana Inn & Suites.

Do you Charge a Security Deposit Fee?

There is no security deposit required. Users pay only for the days the equipment is rented.

How Long Do the Power Wheelchair Batteries Last?

Accepted Answer

Battery range varies based on multiple factors, including user weight, driving surface, height, and whether the chair is fully charged. On average, sealed lead-acid batteries provide a driving range of 12–15 miles. Charging the night before is very important for optimal range. Recommended charging time is 8–10 hours or until the green indicator light appears. Users should charge their chair each night to ensure full performance during the day.

Wheelchair specifications may vary slightly depending on model and available inventory. One Stop Mobility may provide different models with similar specs depending on what is available for the day.
